Imagine being told by an independent panel of experts that your work isn’t just meeting expectations it’s setting the benchmark for best practice in Australia. At CPBS that’s what we have achieved through our recent NDIS audit.

The audit assessed our capacity to deliver Early Childhood Supports (Module 3 of the NDIS Practice Standards), and of the 18 modules audited, 12 were rated at best practice level, which is an extraordinary recognition of our team’s dedication, innovation, and commitment to families.

Here is what Assured Auditing, Approved NDIS Quality Auditors said about our services and interaction with families and behaviour support:

“It is the belief of the audit team that CPBS is a benchmark service that has a stated goal of being the best practice for behaviour support and early intervention in Australia. If that goal has not already been achieved it is readily within the grasp of the CPBS Team.”
“Audit evidence confirmed that CPBS not only met but exceeded expectations by embedding validated practice, family-driven planning, and research translation into measurable functional outcomes.”
“The audit team were highly impressed with the commitment of CPBS in meaningfully engaging with participants and their representatives in seeking service feedback and improvement and are recommending best practice in this area.”
“Best practice was observed in CPBS’s ability to embed inclusion across family, community, and natural environments, with evidence showing that children were not only present but actively engaged and supported to build confidence, skills, and independence.”

We’re honoured by this recognition, achieved through collaboration with our participants, families, and team. Being seen as a benchmark in behaviour support reflects our commitment to evidence-based practice, inclusive planning, and continuous improvement. At CPBS, caring is a matter of action, and every action should move us closer to a more inclusive, empowering future.
