The CPBS Behaviour Support Practitioner Canberra Team is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey towards greater independence and well-being.


She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours at The Australian National University in 2020, and her Master in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in 2022.
Jess has a strong interest in disability advocacy, including reducing stigma and increasing accessibility, in both her personal and professional life. She is passionate about integrating her lived experience of multiple disabilities into her practice, and has developed strong expertise in working with younger children in areas such as language acquisition, emotional literacy and regulation, toileting, and sensory regulation.

Tiana is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes and continues to build her expertise in the field of behaviour support. Due to a mental health education background, Tiana has a strong interest in all forms of mental illnesses, such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Depression. With also having lived in experience with a sibling with Autism, therefore she can provide understanding to those with this disability as well as their families. Tiana values the needs and wants of individuals to create a better and sustained lifestyle.
Aditya - Behaviour Support Practitioner
Aditya joined CPBS in October 2024 and brings with him a strong foundation in early intervention, having worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder aged 2 to 13 since 2020. He holds a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Certified Behaviour Analyst. In his current role, Aditya focuses on developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans that aim to identify, fade, and eliminate restrictive practices while enhancing the quality of life for participants. He has a particular interest in supporting individuals over the age of 13 and is passionate about applying his experience to build meaningful skills across the lifespan. Aditya values the opportunity to make positive, lasting changes in the lives of those he supports and is committed to delivering neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred care.
Arya - Behaviour Support Practitioner
Arya is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), having previously worked as a therapist supporting children on the autism spectrum. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Honours degree in the same field from the University of Canberra. Arya has experience working with individuals with diverse needs across various settings. He is passionate about using evidence-based strategies to improve quality of life and promote independence for the people he supports. Arya values building strong, person-centred relationships and empowering clients and their families through collaborative and compassionate practice. His areas of interest include positive behaviour support, various forms of mental illness (Anxiety Disorder, Depression), and supporting individuals with communication needs.
Athulya - Behaviour Support Practitioner
Athulya joined CPBS in October 2024 as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, bringing with her extensive experience in the allied health field since 2020. She holds a postgraduate degree from Monash University and is a Certified Behaviour Analyst, currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Athulya began her career supporting children aged 2 to 13 as a Behaviour Therapist, progressing into the roles of Behaviour Consultant and then Certified Behaviour Analyst. She is now passionate about working with individuals aged 6 and above, with a focus on improving quality of life and reducing restrictive practices. Athulya values the opportunity to create meaningful, person-centred supports and is particularly interested in building the capacity of stakeholders to promote sustainable, long-term outcomes.
Sandhya - Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sandhya is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner in the ACT. With a Masters in Special Education, she has worked in the field of special education for over 10 years, specializing in early intervention. She is passionate about providing individuals the support to build independence skills and helping families achieve their goals through partnership. She believes that by working collaboratively and focusing on individual needs, positive outcomes can be achieved.
Zandrine - Behaviour Support Practitioner
oining CPBS in early 2023, he began as an intern, contributing to various tasks including data analysis, resource development, training on PBS concepts, and drafting program protocols for clients. He also brings three years of experience as a support worker in mental health and disability, where he honed his skills in active support and client advocacy. This role provided him with valuable experience in implementing behaviour support plans, giving him an advantage when advising other providers on program implementation and fade-out strategies for restrictive practices. He holds a Certificate IV in Community Development, a Certificate IV in Mental Health, a Mental Health First Aid Certificate, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Major in Counselling. He is passionate about doing everything possible to improve a client's quality of life through non-aversive and enjoyable strategies, valuing collaboration with clients when developing strategies to help them become their best selves. Additionally, he places a high value on accuracy in data reporting and consistency in implementing strategies that have been thoroughly reviewed during training with implementing providers. His interests and expertise lie in data analysis and developing creative, out-of-the-box ideas when devising strategies to enhance clients' quality of life.
Zara - Behaviour Support Practitioner
Zara has been a behaviour support practitioner at CPBS since February 2023. Before joining the company, she was a therapist providing Early Intervention behaviour support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other diagnoses, with clients age ranging from 3 to 10 years of age. Zara is currently completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology at University of Canberra. She is passionate about advocating for neurodiverse and disabled clients and providing holistic, trauma informed behaviour support.
