Jacqueline

Jacqueline serves as Head of Regional Services at The Centre for Positive Behaviour Support, overseeing services across South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Sydney and Western Australia.

With more than 27 years of experience in the disability sector, Jacq brings extensive clinical expertise together with significant leadership and management experience. Her work is focused on supporting high-quality, person-centred services and improving outcomes for individuals with disability across the regions she oversees.

Jacq's academic background includes a Diploma in Education from Malta, a Master's in Early Childhood Education from Sheffield in the United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Play Therapy from Kent, a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Belfast, Ireland, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Strategy from Australia.

This diverse academic and professional background supports a broad approach to clinical leadership, practitioner development and service delivery.

Jacq's clinical experience, developed over nearly three decades, is complemented by her strategic leadership skills. Her approach combines evidence-based practice, practical application and strong operational leadership to support effective teams and positive outcomes for participants.

Jacqueline holds an Advanced Practitioner Suitability Level as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and provides expert consultation on complex cases, supporting practitioners and teams to develop effective and meaningful behavioural outcomes.

In her leadership role, Jacqueline supports regional clinical and operational performance, workforce development, practitioner capability and service quality across multiple jurisdictions. She also contributes to strategic planning and organisational development while maintaining a strong focus on evidence-based, ethical and person-centred Positive Behaviour Support.
