We have expanded our reach by merging our North Central, North-East, and South Central teams. This allows us to provide consistent, high-quality positive behaviour support across all of Metro Adelaide and the surrounding regional communities.

Aiden

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Aiden is a dedicated behaviour practitioner with a strong academic foundation and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based Behaviour Support services. He holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, where he completed a dissertation examining behaviour management and token economies within classroom settings. His academic and professional interests continue to extend into research, including projects focussed on the current development of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services. He is currently progressing toward certification as a Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and brings a thoughtful, analytical, and person-centred approach to his practice. His professional passions include intersectional inclusion, co-design within disability services and research, and constructional, strengths-based approaches to behaviour science. With experience working alongside children and adolescents, he values collaboration with families and teams to create meaningful, practical, and sustainable behaviour support strategies. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, and caring for his dog.

Audrey

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Audrey Yak is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA®). Audrey is compassionate in her practice and values empowering her participants with self-advocacy and independence skills to promote their quality of life. Prior to joining CBPS, Audrey specialised in early intervention with a focus on promoting positive outcomes in diverse settings and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure holistic support for her clients. Outside of work, Audrey embraces her inner foodie and enjoys trying out new restaurants with her family and friends. Audrey is also a cat-mom to 2 beautiful and mischievous kittens – Charlie and Chester.

Chloe B

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Chloe is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in disability support and therapy assistance. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a focus in positive behaviour support, where she developed a strong interest in how environmental factors affect behaviour and skill development. Chloe has experience working across home, community, and group programme settings where she has supported individuals to develop practical skills and confidence in everyday life. She is passionate about building genuine connections and creating strategies that feel achievable and meaningful to those she supports. Her approach focusses on recognising and building on each individual’s strengths while providing neuro-affirming and trauma-informed support. She values collaboration with families and support teams to create individualised plans that promote quality of life and long-term positive outcomes.

Chloe S

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Chloe is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and a Master’s in Social Work. Currently located in the North, she has been working passionately in behaviour support since 2020 and supported a range of participants with varying ages and diagnoses. Chloe has had a range of experience in the NDIS sector, progressing her way through Disability Support Work, Counselling/Therapy and then moving to the Positive Behaviour Support role. In her previous employment, she has had experience in a Clinical Lead role supporting like-minded practitioners to strive to work to the best of their abilities to support others in achieving a wonderful quality of life and improve their wellbeing. Chloe started at CPBS in 2024 and has had a wonderful transition into a supportive and empowering team. When she isn’t working, she is often found spending time at home with a coffee, a book or game and snuggled up with her dog Bambi on the couch.

Courtney

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Courtney is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences. She began her career as a Behaviour Therapist, working with young children for approximately two years before joining CPBS in January 2023. Courtney is passionate about enhancing participants’ quality of life, supporting skill development, and designing programmes tailored to individual interests. She is committed to maintaining a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of her practice. In mid-2025, Courtney progressed to the role of Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her Labrador and cat, often with a book and a cup of tea in hand.

Debra

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Deb is a spirited Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language, a Master’s in Special Education, and she's currently adding a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology to her repertoire. With 7 years of previous experience as a behaviour therapist, Deb is known for her playful approach to building rapport—whether it’s making mud pies with clients or cracking jokes to brighten someone’s day. Deb is deeply committed to the emotional and mental well-being of those around her. When she’s not making a difference in others' lives, you can find her in the garden, buried in a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or being affectionately squashed by her two AmStaff dogs.

Delia

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Delia holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and offers behaviour support across a variety of settings, including respite, residential care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), foster care, and in-home support. With experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and schizophrenia, Delia is skilled in coordinating and leading staff, implementing training sessions, and liaising with all stakeholders, including allied health professionals. She is also dedicated to reducing the use of restrictive interventions. Delia is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their goals and stay connected to their communities. Her areas of interest include out-of-home care, mental health, ASD, ADHD, and intellectual disability.

Devi

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Devi is a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Adelaide with a strong foundation in psychological science, addiction, mental health, and social work. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, an Advanced Degree in Addiction and Mental Health, and a Master of Social Work. With a person-centred approach, Devi is passionate about supporting individuals to enhance their quality of life and independence. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and creating meaningful, lasting change through Positive Behaviour Support.

Emma

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Emma is a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in Adelaide. She has been working in the field since 2016. Holding a Master of Education specialising in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder, she has supported young adults in special and inclusive education settings. Passionate about fostering independence and community engagement, Emma provides high-quality, person-centred support to help individuals thrive.

Georgia

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Georgia is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and currently working towards a Master of Disability Practice & Leadership (Developmental Education). Her experience includes being a disability support worker and behavioural therapist across a multitude of age ranges, settings and abilities, and is excited to continue her journey at CPBS. She is passionate about children and early intervention, as well as improving quality of life for individuals with disability and their families. When not at work you’ll find Georgia spending time with her dog Luna, exploring new food spots or swimming at the beach.

Georgie

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Georgie is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Counselling and Interpersonal Skills) and a Master’s of Applied Behaviour Analysis. She first found her passion for behaviour support through providing early intervention for children before she began working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with CPBS in 2021, supporting people of all ages. Georgie is passionate about increasing the quality of life of her participants through person-centred support and holds special interest in supporting neuro-diverse individuals and those diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer’s. Georgie prides herself on implementing practices that are neuro-affirming, trauma informed and individualised to each participant she supports.

Hannah

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Flinders University and a Graduate Certificate in Pain Management from The University of Sydney, and is currently undertaking extensive postgraduate study toward an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, alongside further postgraduate qualifications in childhood trauma, pain management, domestic violence response, alcohol and other drugs, and counselling, all expected to be completed by the end of 2026. She is working toward registration as a psychologist, with a long-term professional focus and passion in chronic pain, trauma, and psychological wellbeing. This academic background provides Hannah with strong formulation and analytical skills, allowing her to integrate evidence-based psychological perspectives into practical, accessible Positive Behaviour Support interventions that address the underlying drivers of behaviour, including trauma histories, pain, emotional regulation difficulties, communication needs, and environmental stressors. Hannah is known for her calm, compassionate, and grounded presence, and for her ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, particularly with individuals who have previously felt dismissed, misunderstood, or unsafe within support systems. She places a strong emphasis on collaboration, psychological safety, and respect, working closely with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure behaviour support plans are person-centred, ethical, and sustainable. Hannah values reflective practice and ongoing professional development, and is committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards, reducing reliance on restrictive practices, and promoting the rights, dignity, and autonomy of people with disability.

Hayley

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Hayley is a Behaviour Support Practitioner for our Central/South Adelaide team who started working in the Positive Behaviour Support space in 2024 after 5 years in the early intervention space. A person-centred approach is at the core of her work; putting client's strengths and values at the forefront of goal setting and intervention. Her approach incorporates all the areas of her clinical experience, including early intervention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed applications of Applied Behaviour Analysis, as well as Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS). Her work in Positive Behaviour Support focusses on empowering participants and stakeholders alike by building trust and strong relationships, and focussing on skill-building and self-advocacy for those she supports. Hayley holds an Honours degree in Psychology and Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Flinders University, and a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. In addition to formal education, Hayley is a Certified Behaviour Analyst with ABA Australia and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Helena

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Helena is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and mental health counselling. Helena holds a master’s degree in mental health counselling from Marist College, along with postgraduate certifications in ABA and Organizational Behaviour Management. Since 2008, Helena has worked with individuals with autism and other disabilities across residential, school, and community settings, and has provided in-home family support since 2015. They are passionate about teaching and have developed training programs on parent education, social skills, staff training, and ethics. Helena has also taught at the university level and presented at professional conferences. Their advanced training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), feeding programs, and risk assessment for complex behaviours. Outside of work, Helena enjoys weightlifting, music, reading, travel, and exploring Adelaide.

Jess is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with more than 10 years’ experience working with children in various settings including schools, childcare, and adults within the NDIS sector. Jess has a Bachelor of Psychology, which has helped foster her strong passion of helping people get the most out of their lives. Jess is a compassionate, nurturing, and approachable person, with a strong passion to advocate for the rights of the individuals and to support them to have a voice.

Joey

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Joey is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with over a decade of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Holding a Master of Education specialising in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Since 2013, Joey has been committed to improving the lives of individuals and their families through evidence-based practices. Joey thinks that the most fulfilling aspect of her role is celebrating each success that brings joy to the clients she works with. Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking in nature or exploring local parks.

Marina

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Marina is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who completed a Bachelor of Education degree in Russia and later a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science at the University of Adelaide. Before transitioning into positive behaviour support, Marina worked as a cognitive psychology research assistant and gained 5 years of experience working in the NDIS sector as a Customer Relations Representative and a psychosocial support worker. Marina values empathy, cultural responsiveness, kindness, and respect, and is deeply committed to helping individuals live with dignity, connection, and purpose. She has a particular interest in supporting adults with psychosocial disability and dementia. In her spare time, Marina enjoys going for long ocean walks, baking, spending time with her teenage children and reading books on motivation, self-development, and healthy living.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Mikaela is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She has over six years of experience working within the NDIS sector. Mikaela began her journey as a disability support worker, working with a variety of adults with complex needs within hospital, home and community settings. She continued her journey working with children as a behaviour therapist within home, school and childcare settings. Mikaela began working at CPBS in 2024 and is passionate about skill acquisition and helping others to increase their quality of life. When not working, you can find Mikaela caring for her indoor plants or spending time with her friends, family and/or pets.

Nathaniel

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Nathaniel is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at CPBS who completed a Bachelor's degree in Melbourne in 2020, majoring in Psychology and Physiology. After finishing his degree, he worked several different jobs around Australia, including as a chef in a busy café in the heart of Melbourne, a stable hand for show horses on a farm outside of Sydney, and as an educator in a childcare in Margaret River. Working in the childcare setting fostered Nathaniel’s passion in regard to connecting with others. Nathaniel had such a fulfilling experience building relationships with the children and making a difference in their lives. He is grateful to have found a role at CPBS where he can work with individuals, their families and their supports to create meaningful change for others. In his time off he likes to go to the beach with his kelpie and his partner, he also likes to go for runs in the bush, read books on philosophy, watching the footy and basketball.

RJ

Behaviour Support Practitioner

RJ is a Behaviour Support Practitioner originally from Canada, who has relocated with his wife. He has 10 years of experience in the field and joined CPBS in January 2023, focussing on supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. In his spare time, RJ enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Chief, playing ice hockey, video games, exploring various cuisines, travelling, and going on adventures.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sarah is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has been providing behaviour analytic services since 2018, focussing on implementing behaviour support plans and skill development plans. Since 2023, she has also been writing behaviour support plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to stakeholders and therapists. Sarah has experience supporting participants in both early intervention and positive behaviour support and is dedicated to helping individuals develop skills that enhance their quality of life.

Sheriff

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sheriff is Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a Master’s degree in Social Work. He first found his passion for behaviour support through providing person-centred support to participants in the disability and mental health space, supporting people of all ages indoors and out in the community, for the past few years. Sheriff is very passionate about advocacy and increasing the quality of life of his participants through a person-centred approach. His time outside of work is spent attending networking events or hanging out with friends, going to the gym and cooking as he likes to explore new recipes. He looks forward to meeting you!

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Tamara is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Before moving into behaviour support, she worked in early intervention, helping young children with disabilities develop new skills. Tamara is passionate about advocating for her participants to ensure they have the best possible quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Izzi.
