Elnaz Faily

Elnaz Faily, a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, joined The Centre For Positive Behaviour Support – CPBS in 2023 as a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner and now leads the Geelong & West Melbourne team as Regional Clinical Manager. With a passion for making a meaningful impact, Elnaz finds great fulfilment in witnessing the positive changes in daily interactions and family relationships brought about through CPBS’s work.

Elnaz holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University, earned in 2024. With four years of experience in the field, she has developed a strong foundation in behaviour support, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Throughout her career, Elnaz has supported individuals of all ages—from toddlers to adults—helping them navigate life’s challenges and integrate into their communities. Her dedication and expertise inspire others to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life, making her an invaluable member of the CPBS team.
