Steph Stewart, a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, has been a dedicated professional in the field of disability in Australia since earning an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Adelaide in 2017. She began her career in Early Intervention, working with young children with Autism. Driven by a passion for the science of learning and behaviour, Steph pursued a Master’s in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Monash University.


At CPBS, Steph transitioned from a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, where she managed a diverse caseload of clients across the lifespan, to the Regional Clinical Manager of South-East Melbourne. In this role, she supports her team through supervision and training. Steph is committed to upskilling practitioners in report writing, person-centered focus, and social validity to ensure their plans make a meaningful impact on the people they support.


Steph’s experience also includes working as a research assistant at Monash University in the Education Department and as a Sessional Marker at Griffith University in the Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis program.
