Multi-Element Behaviour Support Training
All our training packages are based on different components of the Multi-Element Behaviour Support training framework, designed to provide learning experiences that enhance your clinical skills and build your knowledge of best practice Positive Behaviour Support – PBS and NDIS Services. Our training team consists of qualified and experienced clinical staff with years of expertise in nonlinear assessment and the design of Multi-Element Behaviour Support training and plans.
Non-Aversive Reactive Strategies
This 2 day workshop introduces the multi-element model and showcases non-aversive alternatives to the use of restricted practices within behaviour support.
Day 1
Day 1 – is intended for anyone interested in learning about alternative crisis management strategies that can preclude the need for restrictive practices.
Day 2
Day 2 – is recommended for behaviour support practitioners and service leaders who want to develop and apply evidence-based skills within their ongoing work (NB: Day 1 is a prerequisite for Day 2)
Working with Mediators
This 1 day workshop is designed for behaviour support practitioners and service leaders supporting families, staff and stakeholders in the implementation of positive behaviour support plans.
