Qualifications & Experience:
For Behaviour Support Practitioners, Senior BSPs, and Behaviour Therapists, we typically look for qualifications in:
- Certified Professionals: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), CBA (Certified Behaviour Analyst)
- Master's Degree: In Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a closely related field.
- Bachelor's Degree:
- Psychology or Psychological Science (including Honours, Master's, or Clinical Psychology)
- Disability Studies
- Education (with a focus on Special Education)
- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a related field
