We are building a team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for positive behaviour support. We are exclusively seeking:

Roles We're Hiring For:

  • Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP)
  • Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Senior BSP)
  • Behaviour Therapist

Qualifications & Experience:

For Behaviour Support Practitioners, Senior BSPs, and Behaviour Therapists, we typically look for qualifications in:

  • Certified Professionals: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), CBA (Certified Behaviour Analyst)
  • Master's Degree: In Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree:
    • Psychology or Psychological Science (including Honours, Master's, or Clinical Psychology)
    • Disability Studies
    • Education (with a focus on Special Education)
    • Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a related field
