As Chief Executive Officer of CPBS, Lindsay Cole provides strategic leadership across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that meet the needs of the people and communities CPBS serves. She leads clinical and operational excellence, with overarching responsibility for quality, safety, and organisational performance. Lindsay ensures CPBS maintains full compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement through the development, oversight, and reporting of robust systems, governance frameworks, and evidence-informed practices.


With more than 25 years’ experience in the disability sector, Lindsay has held roles spanning direct care through to senior leadership, complemented by extensive experience in both State and Federal Government. Her work with the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety strengthened her capability in addressing complex systemic challenges through innovative, practical solutions—expertise she brings to navigating the evolving NDIS environment.


Lindsay holds a PhD from the School of Psychology at The University of Adelaide (2020), where her research focused on patient-centred care and shared decision-making in healthcare. She also completed a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in 2022, with a research focus on Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM). Her earlier qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma with Honours in Psychology.
