Dr Lindsay Cole

As Chief Executive Officer of CPBS, Lindsay Cole provides strategic leadership across the organisation, with a focus on high-quality, person-centred services, clinical excellence, operational performance and strong governance.

Lindsay leads clinical and operational excellence across CPBS and holds overarching responsibility for quality, safety and organisational performance. She ensures that CPBS maintains compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement through robust systems, governance frameworks and evidence-informed practice.

With more than 25 years of experience in the disability sector, Lindsay has worked across roles ranging from direct care through to senior leadership. Her professional background also includes extensive experience within State and Federal Government.

Lindsay's work with the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety strengthened her expertise in addressing complex systemic challenges through innovative and practical solutions. She brings this experience to navigating the evolving NDIS environment and supporting sustainable organisational growth.

Lindsay completed her PhD through the School of Psychology at The University of Adelaide in 2020, with research focused on patient-centred care and shared decision-making in healthcare.

In 2022, she completed a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University, with a research focus on Organisational Behaviour Management. Her academic and professional background brings together psychology, behaviour analysis, governance and organisational leadership.
