About Me
Jessie Bosisto is the Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) of the North Central Region of Adelaide. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in behavioural science. With an Advanced Practitioner Suitability Level, Jessie brings expertise in evidence-based behavioural interventions and leadership in clinical practice. She is committed to fostering positive outcomes for individuals and communities through strategic behaviour support, professional development, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Regional Clinical Manager North Central Region Adelaide
Jess is the Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) of the Adelaide North Central Region of South Australia. With 2 years of experience in early intervention prior to joining CPBS, Jess developed a strong passion for working with individuals presenting with challenging behaviours. She has been with CPBS from July 2022.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide and broadened her academic horizon by studying a semester of psychology at Sussex University in the United Kingdom. Following, Jess completed a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) at Monash University.
Jess holds an Advanced Practitioner Suitability Level as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and has a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Her expertise lies in assisting participants of all ages, with a particular interest in those with psychosocial and/or dementia diagnoses. Jess is dedicated to creating supportive environments that promote positive behavioural outcomes, reduce restrictive practices and ultimately enhance the quality of life for her participants.
Ashleigh has shared her knowledge and clinical work professionally, presenting at ABA Australia’s 8th Annual Conference in 2023 on Breaking barriers and benefitting families: A telehealth approach to complex behaviour support demonstrating effective behaviour support services for regional participants.
Ashleigh is deeply passionate about eliminating restrictive practices and is dedicated to supporting her participants in increasing their quality of life. Her commitment to this cause drives her to continually improve her methods and advocate for the best possible outcomes for those she serves.

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Meet Anastasia
Anastasia is a Senior Behaviour Support practitioner, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA Int.) and Certified Behaviour Analysts (CBA Aus.). She has over 8 years of experience working in Early Intervention, where she utilised her experience in counselling, stakeholder training, behaviour and guide assessment, skill building and to support people with significant distress behaviours. Anastasia joined CPBS in 2024 and prioritises compassionate interventions to support individuals. She is passionate about person centred practise that also supports their entire care system to move towards participant goals and improve quality of life while maintaining autonomy, well-being and dignity.
On the weekend, she can be found spending time with family and friends, in nature, hiking or cooking and tasting new dishes.
Chloe
Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Meet Chloe
Chloe is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and a Master’s in Social Work. Currently located in the North, she has been working passionately in behaviour support since 2020 and supported a range of participants with varying ages and diagnoses. Chloe has had a range of experience in the NDIS sector, progressing her way through Disability Support Work, Counselling/Therapy and then moving to the Positive Behaviour Support role. In her previous employment, she has had experience in a Clinical Lead role supporting likeminded practitioners to strive to work to the best of their abilities to support others in achieving a wonderful quality of life and improve their wellbeing. Chloe started at CPBS in 2024 and has had a wonderful transition into a supportive and empowering team. When she isn’t working, she is often found spending time at home with a coffee, a book or game and snuggled up with her dog Bambi on the couch.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Meet Courtney
Courtney is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, who has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences. Her introduction into the field began with her being a Behaviour Therapist working with young children for approximately 2 years. Courtney started at CPBS in November 2022 and is passionate about increasing participant’s quality of life. When she is not working, she is often cuddling her Labrador or baking sweet treats.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Meet Crystal
Crystal Tang is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She has six years of experience working in Early Intervention and Positive Behaviour Support, and she utilises the science of behaviour analysis to guide assessment, intervention, training and behavioural management. Crystal is passionate about reducing the need for restrictive practices and improving people’s quality of life, and her priorities in her practice are maintaining people’s dignity, well-being and autonomy. When she is not working, you will likely find her being active and adventurous in the hills or at the beach, or you may also find her playing volleyball with her family and friends.

Meet Georgia
Georgia is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and currently working towards a Master of Disability Practice & Leadership (Developmental Education). Her experience includes being a disability support worker and behavioural therapist across a multitude of age ranges, settings and abilities, and is excited to continue her journey at CPBS. She is passionate about children and early intervention, as well as improving quality of life for individuals with disability and their families. When not at work you’ll find Georgia spending time with her dog Luna, exploring new food spots or swimming at the beach.

Meet Mikaela
Mikaela is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She has over five years of experience working within the NDIS sector. Mikaela began her journey as a disability support worker, working with a variety of adults with complex needs within hospital, home and community settings. She continued her journey working with children as a behaviour therapist within home, school and childcare settings. Mikaela is passionate about skill acquisition and helping others to increase their quality of life. When not working, you can find Mikaela caring for her indoor plants or spending time with her friends, family and/or pets.

My name is R.J. Ryan, and I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner. I am originally from Canada but have relocated here with my wife. I have worked in the field for 10 years and joined CPBS in January 2023 with my main focus on supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog (Chief), playing ice hockey, video games, indulging in various cuisines, travelling, and going on adventures.
