Her professional journey includes a year of intensive early childhood intervention, where she honed her skills in addressing the needs of young children. Starting with CPBS in 2021, Ashleigh has been a vital part of the team at CPBS, specialising in positive behaviour support with participants across the lifespan. She holds a special interest working with those in Voluntary Out of Home Care and throughout their teenage and young adulthood years. Her work focuses on creating supportive environments that foster positive behaviours and enhance the overall well-being of participants.
Ashleigh has shared her knowledge and clinical work professionally, presenting at ABA Australia’s 8th Annual Conference in 2023 on Breaking barriers and benefitting families: A telehealth approach to complex behaviour support demonstrating effective behaviour support services for regional participants.
