Lindsay’s role is to support and lead the clinical teams’ operations. Lindsay is responsible for quality and safety which ensures CPBS remains compliant with all legislative requirements. To this end, her role extends to developing, monitoring and reporting on robust systems and processes that support the clinical teams deliver efficient and quality services to the people we serve.

Lindsay’s professional experience includes 20 years in the disability field (in roles from direct care through to management), as well as several years in both State and Federal Government roles. Her work on the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety refined skills in innovative and creative solutions to complex systemic problems, positioning her well to navigate in the NDIS space.

Lindsay gained a PhD through the School of Psychology at The University of Adelaide in 2020. Her doctoral research focussed on patient-centred care and shared-decision making in healthcare settings.  In 2022, she completed a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis through Monash University where she focussed research on Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM). Earlier tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma and honours in Psychology.
