Nicole is Head of Regional Services for Queensland, the New South Wales Coast and the Northern Territory, bringing more than 17 years of experience across early intervention, specialised education and Positive Behaviour Support.

Nicole brings together strong clinical expertise, strategic leadership and operational oversight in supporting services across multiple regions.

As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Certified Behaviour Analyst – Australia, Nicole is recognised as an Advanced Specialist practitioner with a strong focus on autism and early intervention.

Her professional experience spans service systems across Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, providing her with a broad perspective on evidence-based service delivery, workforce development and ethical care.

In her leadership roles, Nicole guides teams, strengthens service quality and supports the development of capable, values-driven practitioners. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families and ensuring services remain person-centred, collaborative and focused on meaningful outcomes.

Nicole's leadership combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on workforce capability, service quality and sustainable practice. Her work supports both the development of practitioners and the delivery of consistent, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support across the regions she oversees.
