Nicole is the Head of Regional Services for Queensland, New South Wales Coast and the Northern Territory. With over 17 years of experience across early intervention, specialised education and positive behaviour support, Nicole brings a strong blend of clinical expertise, strategic leadership and operational oversight.
A Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA- Australia), Nicole is recognised as an Advanced Specialist practitioner with a focus on autism and early intervention. Her professional experience spans multiple service systems across Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, giving her a broad perspective on best-practice service delivery, workforce development and ethical, evidence-based care.
In her leadership roles, Nicole is responsible for guiding teams, strengthening service quality and she is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families, developing capable and values-driven practitioners, and ensuring services remain person-centred, collaborative and outcomes focused.
