Whether you’re an experienced professional or a passionate recent graduate, we encourage you to apply.

A Journey of Growth at CPBS

Ashleigh, Regional Clinical Manager at CPBS
"My journey at CPBS began as a Behavioural Therapist. With support from management I was provided with the right opportunities and training to be promoted first to a Behaviour Support Practitioner role, and then, in less than a year's time, to a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner role. After starting my Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, CPBS further supported my growth, promoting me to Regional Clinical Manager for one of our Adelaide teams."
