Regional Clinical Manager

Is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the disability sector. As the Regional Clinical Manager for Tasmania at the Centre for Positive Behaviour Support, Di brings a deep understanding of complex support needs and a strong commitment to person-centred care. Her extensive experience and well-established connections within the local support provider network make her a trusted leader and valuable resource for both participants and professionals across the region.

Lauren

Behaviour Support Practitioner

With a diverse background in the disability and mental health sectors. Prior to her role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Lauren has held various roles, including support work for individuals with complex mental health needs and academic note-taking for university students with disabilities. This practical experience has contributed to her development of a compassionate, person-centred approach to behaviour support. In addition to her professional practice, Lauren is currently pursuing a part-time PhD in psychological research, further enhancing her academic and analytical expertise. She holds a degree in Psychological Science from the University of Tasmania and a degree in Arts Management from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, demonstrating a unique combination of scientific knowledge and creative thinking. When not working, Lauren can be found watching movies, drawing and hanging out with her 2kg Maltese x Pomeranian dog, Stewie.
