Structure Overview

Foundations workshop – (6 hours)
Classroom/school wide PBS assessment and recommendations with tools and templates (15 hours)
1. Review of current documentation
2. Observation of PBL in current form in action around school
3. Report of recommendations to framework and documentation
Individualised planning with school leadership team on recommendations outlined from assessment (4 hours)
1. Plan and support for any actional outcomes that require CPBS support
2. Examples may include additional school wide skills teaching (shaping, classroom wide reinforcement; non aversive reactive strategies etc); redevelopment of plans and tools;
1:1 teacher coaching for 3 key students (15 hours per child)
1. Development of PBL plans for students
2. Tools for establishing behaviour function (ABC and forms)
3. Modelling and Coaching in identified strategies within plans.
School wide skills teaching on: ABC data taking; chaining, task analysis, shaping, fading (explicit teaching), Classroom wide reinforcement schedule and group contingencies.
Fade to coach and consultation model.
