Chloe Fung, a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, is a certified behaviour analyst and Regional Clinical Manager for CPBS – The Centre of Positive Behaviour Support North Melbourne team. She has been working within the field of applied behaviour analysis for approximately four years and in the past two years, has transitioned into the positive behaviour support space. Her experience in early intervention and the MEBS model allows her to design behaviour support strategies tailored to the individual needs of participants. Chloe is passionate about collaborating with clients and stakeholders to promote effective change and improve the quality of life of her participants.
Why is she passionate about behaviour support? Chloe has worked with participants of varying age ranges for the past four years and enjoys applying evidence-based practices to support person-centred interventions. She is motivated to support her participants and stakeholders to make changes that improve their overall quality of life.
What has her journey been with CPBS? Chloe began her career as a behaviour support practitioner and subsequently advanced to a senior behaviour support practitioner role. Currently, she holds the position of Regional Clinical Manager for The Centre of Positive Behaviour Support North Melbourne team.
What’s the best experience she has had with a participant engagement? Some of Chloe’s most rewarding experiences include supporting a client who was initially averse to community outings to become comfortable with multiple outings per week, as well as helping a client achieve their goal of attending a movie theatre for the first time.
