Jess is a dedicated leader at CPBS, driven by a strong passion for promoting positive behavioural outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for her participants.
As the Regional Clinical Manager of the Adelaide North Central Region, Jess brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex behaviours. With two years of experience in early intervention prior to joining CPBS in July 2022, she has developed a specialised focus on creating supportive environments that reduce restrictive practices.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide, an academic journey that included international study at Sussex University in the United Kingdom. She furthered her specialisation by completing a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) at Monash University.
